Shana Merlin, the founder of Merlin Works is also the founder of the longest continuously and currently running troupe in Austin: Girls Girls Girls Improvised Musicals, founded in 2003. Not only has this group won all the major improv awards in Austin, they are also a sisterhood of dear friends. How do you keep an improv group running that long?
