Second Sunday Improv Singing 601 Graduation Showcase feat. Better Than Dignity

Ah, November: Halloween hangovers, midterm elections and my frantic search for those Thanksgiving stretchy pants. But before we get too crazy with pending end-of-the-year anxiety, let’s get a little musical with the Merlin Works Improv at the ZACH Second Sunday Comedy Showcase!

At 8:00 PM, the main event:

  • Better Than Dignity – Merlin Works faculty and dear friends, Shana Merlin and Sarah Marie Curry’s brand new show where they explore being awesome, having big feelings, singing magical songs and blowing each others’ faces off..metaphorically.
  • Merlin Works Singing Improv 601 graduation – Our first-ever graduation from the full upper-level improv singing program. Graduates will perform in their first show as a professional improv singing troupe!
  • Merlin Works faculty troupe The Known Wizards rounds out the evening with spontaneous scenes, hilarious games, surprisingly good songs, and fantastic stories all made up on the spot. You say it, they play it—like magic!
