Congrats to Girls Girls Girls Improvised Musicals: Winner of the 2012 B Iden Payne Award for Improvisational Theater

This Monday, October 29th, Girls Girls Girls Improvised Musicals won the Rudy Kloptik Award for Outstanding Work in Improvisational Theatre. The B Iden Payne Awards are like Austin’s version of the Tony’s, recognizing achievement in acting, directing, design and other theatrical skills. The Awards were at the brand new Topfer Theater at ZACH in a black tie optional event. The Ladies of Girls Girls Girls were excited to dress up in their finest pinks and blacks for the occasion. Troupe members, including Merlin Works faculty Shana Merlin and Aden Kirschner were surprised and honored by the win.

To celebrate, the ladies did what they do best, headed to the Highball for Karoake.
